Diosfit SARL, 24 Rue Roger Wercollier, 5890 Alzingen, Luxembourg (Business register: B258814, VAT: LU33331611) is the data controller. You can reach us at info@diosfit.com.

Through the registration form we collect: parent or guardian name, email address and phone number; the athlete's name, date of birth and team; the billing address; the chosen package option; your consents; and any goals or focus notes you choose to share.

We use this data only to organise the StarFit programme: counting registrations to form groups, coordinating with Coach Uche and Telstar, confirming the programme, sending invoices, and contacting you about schedules and practical matters. We do not use your data for marketing unless you separately ask us to.

The data is processed on the basis of your consent (the checkboxes in the form) and, once the programme is confirmed, for the performance of the agreement with you. Because the data concerns minors, the form must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

Registrations are stored in a secure database hosted within the EU. Access is limited to the Diosfit team organising StarFit. We keep the data for the duration of the season and delete it once it is no longer needed for administrative, legal or accounting purposes.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes. Athlete first names, teams and scheduling information may be shared with Coach Uche and Telstar only as needed to organise the groups and sessions.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time, and you may withdraw your consent before the programme is confirmed. Contact info@diosfit.com and we will respond promptly. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg data protection authority (CNPD).
